Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days for orders within the UK, Nigeria, and Tanzania. International delivery times may vary.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 4-6 business days for international orders.
Shipping Costs
UK Orders:
Free standard shipping for orders over £75 or ₦150,000.
International Orders:
Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely
delivery. Tracking options are available through these carriers.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item

Prepare Your Package: Repackage the item(s) securely and include the return form provided by our customer service team.
Ship Your Return: Use the pre-paid return label provided. For international returns, shipping
costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will appear on your statement as 'Platnum Apparel Refund.' Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Specify the desired size or color when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may take 5-7 business days to process. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@platnumapparel.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
